This 2-year scientific research project is funded by the European commission and belongs to the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions under the Excellence science pillar of the Horizon 2020. It is an individual fellowship aimed for experienced researchers to boost their career.

The main goal of the project is to deliver advanced method for close to real time identification of vibration fatigue, using the high-speed camera.

The project will focus into enabling close to real-time identification of fatigue damage with high spatial density which is depicted. It will be achieved by employing both the recent scientific progress in displacement measurement using a high-speed camera and vibration fatigue identification using the modal decomposition. Combining the recent advances in vibration fatigue research with the research in optical methods will enable: high-spatial density research, non-contact measurements, fast setup and measurements, fast-prototyping.
