Purpose of the equipment and additional information
Vallen AMSY6 is a device for capturing acoustic emission signals. The device, together with the VisualAE Suite software, enables the capture of acoustic emission signal waveforms and the recording of the captured signal with a multidimensional feature vector in both the time and frequency domains. The device has four parallel channels for capturing AE signals and two parametric inputs. It includes two ASIP-2 signal processors.
Access to the equipment
