Among the six priorities of the Commission in the period 2019-2024 is also so-called a European Green Deal, which aims to make Europe the first climate-neutral continent. Measures at the micro level of economic entities are extremely important, but the question often arises, how to tackle the task, to speed it up? One of the answers is certainly in cooperation with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Ljubljana.
The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Ljubljana is aware of its important role and social responsibility in achieving the goals of the European Green Deal. In response to the challenges facing economic entities and academic institutions today, the faculty has created four research platforms: Factories of the Future, Sustainable Energy, Green and Safe Mobility and Health.
