Purpose of the equipment and additional information:
The main purpose of equipment is specimen morphology investigation. It can be done at magnification up to 100×10 at transmitted or reflected light. Additional equipment allows also investigation at elevated temperature, up to 350°C, temperature scan from 0.01 to 30°C/min and sample preparation.
Access to the equipment:
