Purpose of the equipment and additional information:
The Nano Indenter enables to measure Young’s modulus and hardness in compliance with ISO 14577. System is upgraded with Continuous Stiffness Measurement module that allows dynamic properties characterization of different kinds of materials (metals, polymers, thin films, alloys, ceramics, etc.).
