Attachments:
1. Contract on education for 1st year (2 copies if you will send by post or bring it in person; 1 copy if you’ll send it by e-mail)
2. Statement by the mentor (only for young researchers at FME; submit this statement to your Mentor)
3. Proposal for referral to education (only for FME employees (not for young researchers); submit this statement to your Mentor)
4. Contract on acceding to debt (if the tuition is payed by the third party – company) (2 copies if you will send by post or bring it in person; 1 copy if you’ll send it by e-mail)
5. Statement of commitment to respect UL Code of ethics
